How to make the Goji Hibiscus Jam
2 cups blueberries
¼ cup Goji Hibiscus Rooibos
1 Tbsp granulated Stevia or other natural sweetener of choice.
3 Tbsp chia seeds
- Mix blueberries and Goji Hibiscus Jam and cook in a Saucepan over medium heat until the fruit breaks down.
- Remove from heat and add in Stevia and chia seeds.
- The jam will start to thicken.
- Once it thickens, use immediately or store in the fridge in a container.
