Low-Sugar Goji Hibiscus Jam

This super simple Goji Hibiscus Jam recipe is free from any preservatives and fillers and is a perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Our Rooibos is loaded with antioxidants that are anti-inflammatory, boost your immune system, stabilize blood sugar levels, and reduce blood pressure! 

We craft our Rooibos with Organic Hibiscus flowers, Wolfberries, Raspberries, and Blueberries to give it a delicious, natural taste of berry bliss! 

How to make the Goji Hibiscus Jam

Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries

¼ cup Goji Hibiscus Rooibos

1 Tbsp granulated Stevia or other natural sweetener of choice.

3 Tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Mix blueberries and Goji Hibiscus Jam and cook in a Saucepan over medium heat until the fruit breaks down. 
  2. Remove from heat and add in Stevia and chia seeds.
  3. The jam will start to thicken. 
  4. Once it thickens, use immediately or store in the fridge in a container.
