How do you ship Seven Teas & what is the shipping cost?

At Seven Teas, we’re dedicated to making your tea experience convenient and enjoyable. That’s why we offer free shipping to all our subscribers and individual orders of $50 or more within the continental U.S. Rest assured, we ship your orders via UPS Ground for a reliable and efficient delivery experience. So go ahead and stock up on your favorite flavors, knowing that shipping is on us!

For our tea lovers in Hawaii and Alaska, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered too. We ship via UPS for a small additional fee to ensure your tea reaches you no matter where you are.

We understand the excitement of receiving your tea order, and we want to provide you with transparency on our shipping process. Currently, we pack and ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note that due to our careful attention to detail, it may take up to 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order before it is shipped. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we’re working diligently to get your tea to you as quickly as possible. Your refreshing sips are just a few days away!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Keep an eye out as we grow–we hope to be in your country soon.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Sorry for the confusion! We can only fit two cases in each shipping box, so if you order 3+ cases of Seven Teas, your order will be shipped in 2+ boxes. Keep an eye out–usually, your second box cones within 24 hours of your first. In the event that you don’t end up receiving your full package, reach out to our team at hello@seventeas.com and we will get it taken care of!

I received a notice that my package has arrived and it’s not here yet, what should I do?

Keep an eye out–sometimes packages are marked as delivered even though they’re still on the way to you. After 48 hours if you’re still not seeing your teas, let us know at hello@seventeas.com and we can get you all squared away!

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Can children consume Seven Teas

Seven Teas is generally safe for children but please consult your pediatrician if your child has any underlying health conditions or you have any reason for concern!

We have non-caffeinated beverages, Himalayan Rose Tulsi*, Berry Hibiscus Rooibos*, Southern Strawberry Lemonade*, Roadside Ginger Lemonade*, but we recommend you consult with your physician.

What is Seven Teas sweetened with?

Our teas are sweetened with organic cane sugar, organic honey, and organic stevia. Nothing artificial or fake here. Visit our products pages to see all ingredients.

Does Seven Teas contain caffeine?

Yes, all of our offerings contain caffeine except for Himalayan Rose Tulsi, Berry Hibiscus Rooibos, Southern Strawberry Lemonade and Roadside Ginger Lemonade.

Is Seven Teas peanut or tree nut-free?

While Seven Teas is nut-free, it is manufactured in a facility that also processes nuts.

Is Seven Teas Kosher?

Yes, we are Orthodox Union Kosher Certified.

Can diabetic drink Seven Teas?

While Seven Teas is low in sugar, we recommend consulting with your physician.

Since our inception in 2017, Seven has remained dedicated to delivering beverages of the utmost quality, crafted with non-GMO and organic ingredients. As a part of our organic certification, we strictly prohibit the use of genetically modified organisms in our products. Our commitment to non-GMO means that we refuse to incorporate any bioengineered versions of ingredients. We’re all about keeping it real!
