Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. As part of our customer service commitment, Seven Teas stands behind our products and we want you to be as happy with them, as the vast majority of our customers have been over the years. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied we encourage you to contact us via email at email@example.com between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm PST.
We’re very sorry, but our beverage products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
We do our best to minimize product breakage in transit; however, glass or cans can experience some breakage or damage during shipping. If your beverage product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
For damaged products that are not purchased directly from SevenTeas.com (e.g. grocery store, vendor, etc), please contact the store where the original purchase was made. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.
Please DO NOT return any beverage product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.
For instances where a product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 15 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within five (7) days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and beverage likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after five (7) days, we ask that you first check with your bank or Credit Card Company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Seven Teas subscribers with a subscription account are automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on the final date of month if no corresponding date (January 31, 2022 subscription renews on February 28, 2022).
- Seven Teas may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
- Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.
- You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page.
- The only valid method for canceling your Plan is via the cancellation link provided on your user “dashboard” page, accessible after logging in to the Seven Teas Website. Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are not considered, and do not accomplish, cancellation.
- Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will lose access to our products immediately.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable. They are also not refundable if you forgot to cancel your subscription.
